Labour Positions
There are many comfortable positions for labour, like sitting on a chair or yoga ball, walking, standing in the shower, squatting, side-lying and hands and knees. Changing positions frequently can make labour feel more comfortable and may shorten the length of labour. Some positions are better than others for resting or for massage, and other positions may help gravity move your labour along. Check out the below links that describe the many comfortable positions you can try in labour.
