Acupuncture
Acupuncture can be a useful complement to traditional pain relief methods for pregnancy. Acupuncture is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It involves inserting extremely thin needles into key points on the body. There is some research supporting its effectiveness in alleviating pain in late pregnancy, and even in labour.
