Nausea and Vomiting

Nausea and vomiting in pregnancy is very common, but these symptoms can be unpleasant and interrupt your regular routine. For most pregnant people, nausea and vomiting usually starts around the 6th week of pregnancy and stops around the 12th week. For others it will last longer, perhaps even until the end of pregnancy. Thankfully, there are many solutions that can ease your symptoms including calming foods, getting adequate rest, changing your surroundings, or taking medications if needed. The resources below from The Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada and the MotHERS Program may provide some detailed useful tips to help you feel better.
