Sleeping (Baby Sleeping Patterns)
Sleep is an important part of your child's health and well-being. It's a good idea to start healthy sleep routines right from birth. Your newborn will sleep for up to 16 hours each day for unpredictable lengths of time. They may sleep for anywhere between 30 minutes up to six hours.
